I think we can all agree that the Class of 2020 had a pretty weird senior year. Right around Spring Break time the world shut down and for most high school seniors that was it. No senior prom, no senior skip day, no senior photos and no Graduation day. People had to get really creative but let’s face it…it just wasn’t the same.

Ellie was part of the Class of 2020. She missed out on her prom and had a virtual graduation. She also missed out on getting her senior photos taken. I was SO happy to be able to do this session for her this past fall. She got to wear her beautiful prom dress (hello Elsa vibes) and celebrate this exciting time in her life. No longer a little kid, not quite an adult. Still not much responsibility, and anything and everything feels possible!

To the Class of 2020…I am SO SORRY! Sorry for all the things that you didn’t get to experience. Sorry for the time missed with friends. Sorry for the missed chances. But do not let this define you. You are resilient. You are creative. You are strong. You will survive this!
