Is there anything better then a gorgeous soon to be new mama at the ocean? The only thing I can think of is a gorgeous soon to be mama at the ocean during sunrise!

Swoon!

This family was an absolute treat to capture. They woke up crazy early to meet me in the wee hours of the morning at New Smyrna Beach. I recognize that this is not easy as I’ve done this with my own family. But I can so it is always worth it. And this family not only woke up early but they even were completely attacked by bugs! Ya’ll….we all were covered in red dots for like a week ha! In all the times I’ve shot at the ocean I’ve never experienced anything like it!

But it was worth it! Those gorgeous oranges and pinks, the perfect calmness that is only in the morning. The non-crowded beach. Just absolute perfection. Sunrise allows such a perfect setting to capture your beautiful family.

Pro tip: When shooting at the beach try staying out there the night before!
