Welcomed this beautiful family to the MCP family this year! I always feel so honored when parents invite me into such a special season of their lives. There is truly nothing sweeter than a brand-new baby—those tiny fingers, sleepy smiles, and the way they snuggle right into you.

Babies change so quickly in those first few weeks, and that’s why I love offering both Fresh 48 sessions (capturing those first precious hours in the hospital) and newborn sessions at home or in the studio. Each tells a different part of the story—one filled with the raw emotion of meeting your little one for the very first time, and the other filled with cozy, love-soaked moments as your family settles in together.

Being able to preserve these fleeting details is one of the greatest joys of my work. These are the kinds of photos that you’ll look back on years from now and be instantly transported to those sweet first days of parenthood.
