This gorgeous duo. I am so incredibly excited for them as they are about to enter the coolest chapter of their life. Parenthood. To be honest I don’t think I could have ever appreciated how amazing it would be until I was…well until I was here. I’m almost 9 years in and parenthood is amazing.

Weather has been super tricky lately…Like seriously never know what you are going to get but we ended up with the most beautiful night! If you aren’t already aware light and photography go hand and hand. Light can completely change the feel of a session. It can make a session light and airy feeling or insanely moody. I think it’s really amazing how you can just turn around and have a completely different feel all because of light. I’d say we hit the light jockpot though.

I realized right before our session that I actually went to high school with dad! How cool is that? I’m certain I’ve said it before but being able to catch up with old high school friends and seeing where they are now…meeting their spouses and meeting their little ones….Seriously just such an amazing blessing.
